Overview

Immunity is a single-player mobile game developed by Dalton Driscoll. This privacy policy explains what data the app does and does not collect.

Data We Do Not Collect

Immunity does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. Specifically:

• No account or login required
• No names, email addresses, or contact information collected
• No location data collected
• No device identifiers collected or transmitted
• No analytics or crash-reporting SDKs included
• No advertising SDKs or third-party tracking
• No in-app purchases
• No internet connection required or used

Data Stored on Your Device

Immunity saves your game progress locally on your device only. This save file contains:

• Your run progress and unlocked upgrades
• Lifetime statistics (enemies defeated, zones cleared, etc.)

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to the developer or any third party. It is stored in the app's private storage directory and is removed when the app is uninstalled.

Permissions

Immunity requests only the following Android permission:

• Vibrate — used for optional haptic feedback during gameplay

No other permissions (camera, microphone, contacts, location, network, etc.) are requested.

Children's Privacy

Immunity does not collect any data from any user, including children under the age of 13. The app is fully compliant with COPPA and similar regulations because no data is collected at all.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
